Your online gallery is designed to be accessed through a web browser, making it easy to view and order photos from a computer, tablet or mobile device.

Photos are ordered online through the gallery provided for your team or organization.

Your athlete will be handed a tag that has their access code as well as login link on it.

Once your gallery is available, you’ll be able to view the available products and place your order directly online.

We work to get galleries online as quickly as possible after photo day.

If you register by logging in using your athlete’s access code, you will receive information from your team or Brilliant Images when the gallery is ready.

Each photo gallery may have a specific ordering deadline.

The general rule of thumb is one week from the gallery launch date.

Please pay close attention to the deadline listed with your gallery.

Orders placed after the deadline may be subject to additional fees, including shipping charges.

Yes, you can still place an order after the deadline.

However, the original bulk-order shipping arrangement will no longer apply. Late orders will therefore be subject to a shipping fee.

This is because orders placed before the deadline can be combined into a bulk lab order, allowing us to take advantage of discounted/free shipping.

Trader cards are produced after the ordering period closes and require a longer processing period.

Production times can vary, so please refer to the information provided with your team's gallery for estimated delivery timing.

Trader cards will arrive later than the rest of your order.

When you select a photo product, the shopping cart may show a preview of how your image will be cropped for that specific product.

The crop shown in your shopping cart is the crop that will be printed.

Please take a moment to carefully review the image preview before completing your order.

The only exception to this is the cropping for trader cards as we will do that during post processing.

Before placing your order, check that:

• Your athlete's head and body are positioned the way you expect.

• Important parts of the image aren't accidentally cropped out.

• The crop works well with the product you've selected.

• You are happy with the final composition shown in the preview.

Different products may have different aspect ratios and cropping requirements, so an image may look slightly different depending on whether you are ordering a print, trader card, poster or another product.

If the ordering system allows you to adjust the crop, you can make your adjustments before completing your purchase.

If no crop adjustment is available, the crop shown in the shopping cart represents the final crop that will be used for printing.

Please review your crop carefully before submitting your order.

Once an order has been submitted and sent to production, we may not be able to make changes.

PLEASE NOTE: Brilliant Images prints the image according to the crop displayed in the shopping cart. If an important part of the image is outside the displayed crop, it will not appear on the finished product.

The deadline allows us to collect orders from the team and submit them to the professional lab together. By combining everyone's orders into one bulk shipment, we can take advantage of reduced shipping costs and pass those savings along to families.

The free-shipping promotion associated with your team’s photo order is based on placing a bulk order with our professional lab.

When orders are submitted together, the shipping cost can be divided across many orders, allowing us to offer free shipping.

After the deadline, orders must be processed and shipped individually. Since the lab charges shipping for each separate order, the fee goes directly to the lab and isn't something we're able to waive.

The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Depending on the league and order, photos may be:

• Delivered to the team/arena for pickup

• Shipped directly to the customer

• Available through another delivery arrangement communicated at the time of ordering

Our pricing and products are designed around the way we provide sports photography to teams and leagues, and digital team photos can be particularly difficult to manage fairly when images can easily be shared.

Digital images purchased for personal use are intended for personal use by the purchaser.

Our photographers use a variety of poses and techniques to capture each athlete.

Depending on the package and gallery setup, you may be able to select from multiple images.

Every team, sport and venue presents different lighting and environmental conditions.

We work to maintain a consistent style while making adjustments to suit the location, uniforms and available light.

We perform normal professional image corrections as part of our editing process.

More extensive retouching or special editing requests may not be included and may incur an additional fee.

If you notice a problem with your order or image, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your name, team, order information and a description of the issue so we can help you as quickly as possible.

We photograph athletes using multiple frames whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee a particular facial expression or pose.

We select the strongest usable image based on the photos captured during the session.
